Murumuru butter is extracted from the seeds of the astrocaryum murumuru. The murumuru palm tree is native to Bolivia and Peru but grows throughout the -Amazon region, Rainforest in Brazil.Murumuru is a wonderful butter with a delicious scent and feel ,colour ranges white to yellowish. It is called the "vegetable silicon" for its ability to perfectly replace mineral silicon in skin and hair formulations.This butter contains moisturising properties for the skin & hair this butter is so good for preparing home made products.Many cosmetics are using this as emollient .
