How to Make - Coriander Tea

Coriander Tea : For Digestion /cough/Fever/Cold/Sore Throat
One of the easy remedy to cure seasonal sickness and this is amazing cough syrup . If you drink this tea you'll absolutely feel refreshed . I drink this tea during sickness and in winter season. My granny taught me this recipe ,her habit of utilising the nature impressed me towards the go green-culture .One day when i was feeling feverish she made this drink for me , i felt so good after drinking this tea. So suggesting to all the readers try this tea you will absolutely feel good. 


Things to make :
Coriander seeds : 4 spoon (should fry it- dry)
Pepper : 5 to 10 seeds (depends )
Ginger : 2.5inch (depends)

Simple to make with when you have mild fever and digestion problems use (Coriander seeds and ginger) When you have fever with chest pain,soar throat,cold add pepper with (Coriander seeds and ginger -plus pepper). Take the coriander seeds fry it in a pan (dry fry without oil only for few seconds to remove the raw smell & turn on the aroma) you can feel the aroma ,now turn off the stove . Add the seeds in mixer/blender, add cleaned ginger (dont peel the ginger's skin just washing it is enough),pour pepper . Grind all without adding water. 
Boil water in a pan add the paste allow few minutes to boil , so that it can absorb the essence. Turn Off the stove take it away filter it and enjoy the coriander tea.You can add honey /sugar for flavour. But honey is good.You can drink this thrice when you are sick.If you gonna try this for digestion drink it once . You can give this for kids above 6 yrs but reduce the ginger and pepper add very lil amount.This is completely organic drink .
