Tadaaa introducing home made fenugreek cleansing gel :D . You can make it within 8 hours .But before explaining about the procedure for making fenugreek seeds cleansing gel i would like to share why fenugreek seeds? In india we use fenugreek seeds for cooking also sometimes, as a medicine . The benefits are mindblowing this little seeds are wonderful for so many problems like heat,menstrual cramps,haircare etc.. But now lets see how it helps for skincare .

DIY Fenugreek Gel Cleanser

I was looking for a new method to use fenugreek i tried many recipes like face mask and hair mask etc...For a change i thought to use it like a cleanser . I soaked quater cup of methi (fenugreek seeds in water ) The water level should be full cup,i allowed the fenugreek seeds to absorb the water for 8 hours. After 8 hours seeds were soft (they absorbed water) and the essence of fenugreek seeds were blended in remaining water ,it was lik a gel . I filtered the seeds in hand, and stored the gel kind of water seperately to use it as skin cleanser. Applied the gel on my skin allowed it for 10 minutes and washed it with water . My skin was soft and clean after that gel theraphy . It made my skin cool and refreshed . I am totally surprised with the cleanser . It is so good for summer , you can easily make this gel and use it for cooling and soothing skin. It cures sun burns, small boil's and radiation skin problems,prickly heat boils and rashes .I decided to try this weekly twice - all over the body . It can be amazing natural trick for beauty as well as beneficial for summer skin care problems. Incase if you are looking for home made skin polishing gel you can try this . You can apply the gel on face,hands,neck,around the eyes,legs etc... Just try you may like this treatment . Don't soak it more than 8 hours and after 8 hours immediately you have to use this gel ,don't store it. Make it fresh use it fresh. If you soak seeds at  night use the gel next day morning . Don't waste the filtered seeds grind it and use as hair pack or else you can apply that as skin tightening pack .

If you want instant trick to make fenugreek seeds gel, you can use this method. Fresh aloevera gel 2 spoon and one spoon fenugreek seeds powder, blend well and use it for cleansing and cooling mask/refreshing pack/healing theraphy. 
You can use freshly extracted juice or else buy aloevera gel you can get it in amazon /super markets.
